The Good Shepherd & The Giving Tree

A wall sculpture installed in Shepherd’s Cove commissioned of artist Sanford Werfel, allows recognition of donors who make contributions to Hospice of Marshall County. The focal point of the sculpture is a tree with the trunk carved in mahogany.  The sculpture also features a carving of Christ the Good Shepherd loving caring for sheep, symbolic of the mission of Hospice of Marshall County.

Upon request, the names of contributors of one-time gifts made to Hospice of Marshall County will be recorded and donor recognition based on gift amounts will be displayed on the leaves and stones.

Donor recognition is based on the following gift amounts:

Copper Leaf:...$250.00 - $499.99
Nickel Leaf:.....$500.00 - $999.99
Brass Leaf:.....$1,000.00 - $4,999.99
Stone:..............$5,000.00 and above.
