Inpatient Hospice Care

If pain or symptoms cannot be controlled at home, Shepherd’s Cove, our inpatient facility can provide specialized hospice care.  When the symptoms are under control, the patient can return home.

Shepherd's Cove is also an option for transitional care from hospital to home or for the specialized, compassionate care needed at the end of life.
